2. Claim

   Build your claim by answering questions about the job, the builder and the amounts owed. It saves as you go, so there's no starting again if you get a flat battery.

   s13(2), what a claim must say

3. Serve

   Pay and have your claim served to the builder. The builder then has up to 10 business days to respond in writing.
